The Final Four is returning to Athens, and the city that experienced unforgettable moments in 2007 is ready to write history again, nearly 20 years later!
Olympiacos, Fenerbahçe, Real Madrid, and Valencia are competing for the top title of the EuroLeague at the Telekom Center.
Olympiacos is a given that its fans will do whatever it takes to be by their team’s side from Piraeus. So the Final Four in Athens would be no exception.
Specifically, fans of Olympiacos have secured more than 8,000 tickets for the Telecom Center Athens, once again showing that they want to be the team’s sixth man from Piraeus.
Olympiacos will therefore have a huge boost from its home crowd, and beyond that, roughly 3,000 tickets are in the hands of fans of Fenerbahçe, roughly 1,000 have been secured by fans of Valencia , and 550 will be supporters of Real Madrid.
With this in mind, and if we also account for the fact that plenty of tickets have gone to EuroLeague officials, politicians, and sponsors, the Telecom Center is expected to be awash in vibrant red and white colors from Olympiacos fans.
