Panathinaikos made it 2-0 in the series against Valencia, with the incredible Nigel Hayes-Davis prevailing 107-105 in Spain after overtime.
Ergin Ataman spoke after the explosive finish of Game 2 about the decisions he made that led the "Trifylli" (shamrock) to victory.

"We didn't find a shot in regular time, we found it in overtime. We managed to make it and we're up 2-0 in the series. We know we still have to win one more game. It was an amazing game that came down to the details. Valencia played excellent basketball, it was a tough game. In regular time, Nunn took the last shot, at the end of overtime we decided to give Hayes-Davis the chance to decide the game and it proved to be the right decision. He made the shot and we won."
